Pros: The location excellent The bed enormous and extremely comfortable
Cons: The 100 dollar difference we paid for the exact same room The main reason we chose the hotel was for the pool facility but it was out of use I think you should give a reduction in the price once you know this is out of action I would have chosen a smaller non corporate type hotel if I knew the pool was not included.

6.7 Good
Pros: Beautiful property
Cons: We arrived a little before check in. The room wasn’t ready, but front desk called house keeping and housekeeping said we will get right on that. We waited an hour and came back room still not ready, so front desk called house keeping. Housekeeping said we will get right on this. We came back 2 hours later, room still not ready. We were supposed to be on the 20th floor. But we couldn’t be because house keeping wasn’t able to get to our room so without even asking us they change our room to a different floor. Why did they not get our room cleaned on the 20th floor as house keeping assured front desk they would 2 different times in 3 hours. Not a good way to keep us coming back. And we have stayed here before as we stay in Boston on a regular basis.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Comfortable room
Cons: The lady named Nina at front desk that we first spoke to when we arrived at the hotel ruined the whole experience. Her arrogant and dismissive attitude was shocking to me. She acted like we were annoying and giving her a hard time while I was just asking normal questions. I didn’t expect this at a Marriott hotel at all, knowing I had to deal with this kind of attitude I would never have booked this hotel. We stayed at so many hotels during our two week-trip this time and never had a receptionist like this. I’ve never been told I was an unreasonable person, I’m not one of those people who would treat people in service industry poorly at all because I know how hard it can be working in service and it’s not easy for them to deal with all sorts of customers. We had a long flight and tried to check in at 3:15 pm, she first had trouble locating our reservation by last name, then when I said that’s indeed the same last name she started to raise her voice and tried to argue with me while in fact the whole confusion was mainly caused by her not asking the correct question in the first place. I didn’t want to argue because of something small like this and just mentioned in a normal, neutral tone that she should have asked the correct question in the first place, then suddenly she started raising her voice like I was bothering her in a bad way. I was almost scared by the way she was talking to me. I was tired and jet legged and she just made me feel horrible. Then she said the room was not ready and we might have to wait for another hour and half. I said shouldn’t the check in time be 4pm and mentioned we already paid for the room, an hour and half later would be 4:45. She got a lot more irritated after hearing this. Again I didn’t want to cause trouble at all if she explained in a normal, non-dismissive tone I would be totally fine. I wouldn’t mind waiting if she spoke professionally. Its not what she said but the way she said made me feel sad about the whole experience.

Pros: Location
Cons: Having to pay for parking and WiFi Also would. Have liked to have complimenteary coffee etc in the lobby
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We came for the RV expo and also a comedy show at Laugh Boston! This hotel is perfect because they have everything the seaport has to offer within walking distance or a cheap Uber. We got to enjoy the RV expo and than walk to lunch around the corner. Next we took a really cool free boat shuttle to the Encore Casino. Then we came back to our hotel and enjoyed a great show at Laugh Boston. We have been to a lot of comedy venues but this is our fave. We love the seating and service. It’s so easy to get up and use the bathroom or grab a drink compared to other venues. You can even order drinks/food right from your seat on your phone! After the comedy show we shared a flatbread and had a pint at MJ O’Connor’s which is right next door. This Irish pub is very authentic and the service was very friendly. We finished our night sharing a fancy dessert style cocktail at the City Bar which is also in the hotel lobby. We can’t wait to come back soon! P.S. Trillium Brewing is phenomenal and has the best beer in the area and their food menu is great too! Check them out for lunch or dinner and bring some of their world class beer home to share with Your family and friends!!

Pros: Room service great. Very comfortable beds. Very clean. Informed and helpful staff

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: No
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: Arriving late, I had written to the manager who replied confirming they would keep my room. But they did not. The bumped me into anther hotel, much further away from my next morning early meeting (to where I could have walked but not anymore). To be fair, the staff did everything they could to make that change less painful after a 24h-long day. But I still don’t get it that you have a room booked, guaranteed by credit card, a written note saying they keep your room, yet they do not. Frontdesk said I should have checked-in in advance to keep the room. What a wonderful world !
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location is perfect. Valet parking and size of the rooms are all good! Nice coffeeshop/bar in the hotel.
Cons: If you have billing issues the front desk will just refer you to the hotel accounting. They cannot be reached via phone or email at all. In 4 weeks always answering machine or emails like “We will look into it..”. So insist on resolving the matter on the spot no matter what since no one will care about the issue after you are gone.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was super friendly, and the hotel was very conveniently located. The Room/bathroom had plenty of space. We were very happy.
Cons: The pillows aren't very comfortable- that was the only thing I would change.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely yet a bit quaint (in a good way) hotel in downtown Boston. Hotel has a nice coffee/break fast lounge attached and a very good restaurant to enjoy some wonderful scallops. It is a 15 minute walk from the convention center but other than that very centrally located.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was upbeat and helpful. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: The location was convenient for my needs, but if you were visiting Boston for a weekend, I would choose somewhere else -- it felt very quiet/dead Saturday morning. The room was perfectly fine and clean but decor/colors are dated.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Room was not well insulated
