Horrible staff, some times my room was cleaned, nothing like sleeping in a room over flowing with your trash, front desk was even worse to deal with, they assume you know about the $10 a day parking and the tubes of tooth paste that are behind their counter and not in the room where it should be or the deposit for a hundred dollars that when you check out they don't even look at the room and you h...

Pros (+) The view of the ocean from the room was nice. There was a microwave and mini fridge in the room.
Cons (-) Facilities were terrible. Bed linens were thin and of terrible quality. When we requested an extra blanket, we received a synthetic blanked with cigarette burn holes in it. Carpet was gross, stained and dirty. We spoke with manager and cancelled the remainder of our stay and moved to another hotel. Manager told us we would have the remaining night refunded to us. After we left, he refused to refun...

Pros (+) The balcony was small and the only veiw was of the wall and room air conditioner unit of room next door.
Cons (-) I asked for a diffrent room twice and they told me they were booked and couldn't move me, not true.i paid for room with ocean veiw..mayne if i were 7 feet tall and could stretch 3 ft over balcony i could have seen a 15 ft. Wave.
