Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's stunning views and beautiful, tranquil location, often describing it as one of the most scenic places they've stayed. Many also appreciate the peaceful atmosphere and stylish decor. However, reviews are mixed regarding service and cleanliness, with some guests finding the staff helpful and friendly, while others report issues with responsiveness and room upkeep. The restaurant receives both compliments and criticism, with some enjoying the food and ambiance, but others disappointed by quality and pricing. Value for money is a recurring concern, as several guests mention high prices for amenities like water and food, and question whether the overall experience matches the cost.AI-generated from customer reviews
