Pros (+) The views from this location are beautiful of the caldera & peaceful. The staff is courteous & look pleasant with minimal makeup. The breakfast is good especially the choice of healthy nuts. The spa steam room is great.
Cons (-) The jacuzzi is not very comfortable & needs more jets. The Nuxe shampoo wasn't very hair smoothing. Their regular prices are too pricey in peak season.
