Extended Stay America Indianapolis - Castleton

Pros: It was clean.

Cons: Hotel below expectations. 'Breakfast' was granola bars, muffins instant oatmeal. No beverages suitable for kids. Staff was polite, not friendly nor welcoming. No dishes glasses silverware or coffee maker. Room was not adequate for 2 adults & 2 children.

Pros: Price and location

Cons: The bed was very hard and pillows were lumpy.

Cons: Room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana

Cons: Requested two beds, only got one. No amenities Lamp didn't work Guide for the TV didn't work Uncomfortable bed + thin blankets Loud noises woke us up twice

Pros: Close to where we needed to be.

Cons: Arrived with 2 small children; room w/ 1 queen bed. Staff didn't offer any other options--was actually short in his response. Shower could have been cleaner. No pool; muffins/coffee breakfast. Okay for an overnight, but not worth the money.
