Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, making it easy to access local attractions and dining options. While some guests found their rooms clean and comfortable, others reported issues with cleanliness, such as dirty bathrooms, stained sheets, and musty smells. Service experiences varied, with some guests complimenting friendly and helpful staff, while others encountered unhelpful or rude employees and problems with reservations. Opinions on bed comfort were mixed, and several guests noted problems with amenities, including malfunctioning showers, air conditioning, refrigerators, and a cold pool. Overall, the location stood out as the hotel's strongest feature, but cleanliness, service, and amenities received mixed feedback.AI-generated from customer reviews
