Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel staff for their friendliness and helpfulness, and many enjoyed the breakfast offerings. However, there were significant concerns about cleanliness, with multiple mentions of dirty rooms, bedbugs, and maintenance issues. The pool was a disappointment for several guests as it was either closed or removed without clear notice. Some guests also highlighted spacious and comfortable rooms as a positive aspect. Overall, while service and breakfast stood out positively, cleanliness and pool availability were recurring issues.AI-generated from customer reviews
