Pros: The room was beautiful. Flat screen TV, 2 Queen and very comfy beds. The style was new and crisp...loved the microwave and fridge. Pool was nice. Staff was very friendly.
Cons: No coffee pot in rooms, no shampoo, no hair dryer in the room. There was tons of little bugs..looked like termites in the guest laundry room...that was the only place we seen them. 2nd day no towles in the pool area.

Pros: Though this is definitely a "bare-minimum" hotel in an older building, I could not have been happier with my stay. I was staying in town for a funeral and had to find a place on short notice and, because I was traveling alone, I wanted to stay at a hotel with interior doors to the room. When I arrived I was leery of the old building, but the staff is was incredibly friendly and interacted pleasantly with everyone. There were lots of people there, most of whom seemed to be on short trips. The same two people were at the front the entire time I was there, and when I checked in I was asked why I was traveling. I mentioned that I was in town for a funeral. When I checked out the manager remembered this and asked who I had lost and if I was okay. Overall I was pleasantly surprised, and I would recommend for short stays.

Cons: The fact that the sheets were chalky still dirty from the last occupants of the room and that they wouldn't come change the sheets for us.

Pros: Room was clean and it was right off the highway by half a dozen good restaurants
Cons: There were young black adults hanging out in the parking lot with the music blaring. I asked the attendant in the hotel about it and he said that its normal on weekends because of the colleges in the area. I would never have let my wife and kids stay there because of that!

Pros: The Guys at the front desk were so helpful. The breakfast was great every day and Cindy was always on point with refills and a smile. The hotel is really nicely appointed and we had a great long stay.
Cons: Fitness room is not in service right now. But Manager Mike said that he's getting it fixed!

Cons: just the facts - bare minimum facility; recent remodel was mediocre; linoleum floors, no pictures, etc.; it is ok for a place to sleep, and that is all; never a person at the front desk w/o being called; coffee only in the lobby in the morning, not the room; appears to be a remodeled Microtel; not sure I would stay there again w/my wife; probably would stay by myself; price the sole redeeming feature

Pros: Close to airport, fairly clean. Area and hotel itself seemed safe and the room was fairly comfortable.
Cons: The common areas in the hallways and lobby were a bit beat up. No comp breakfast - just coffee. The shower door leaked onto the bathroom floor every time you took a shower and the handle on the shower faucet came off in my hand. Pillows not so great, but I managed to sleep through it.

Pros: The location to our Family event was good.
Cons: The room while clean, was cluttered, staff was very impersonal, went to check out and had to stand there on crutches for at least 4 mins before a desk clerk was available let alone acknowledged me. She said very coldly: "Can I help you?" Mouth full of food and very unprofessional. No shampoos or anything besides bar soap was in the room. Mold in the room. Bed and pillows were flat and hard and very uncomfortable. Not worth the money we spent.

Cons: The Wifi was very spotty. I would have given this an excellent rating if the Wifi had been stronger as I was trying to stream some important videos. We have stayed here 2 years in a row for BOA. Please fix the Wifi so we can stay there next year!

Pros: The only thing we like was that it was close to downtown
Cons: When we arrived we could not find it according to the maps. When we do arrive we learn that the name of the hotel changed to Super 8, with that being done there was no continental breakfast and the room service was horrible. We never got our room cleaned the by the staff the whole weekend. For the price that was ok, but we were disappointed with no breakfast and the name change.

Cons: Room smelled musty, dirty carpets, cracked sink, no tv guide. The biggest problem was that the room was advertised as 2 queen beds, and they were definitely a full. I was up all night trying to keep my kids from falling off the edge, where we normally fit a queen just fine.

Cons: They gave me a dirty room at 1st, Then had to carry bags upstairs to a dirty room then take them back down to the car move to a different building carry bags back upstairs. Roomwas hot like 85 degrees bed was uncomfortable old and worn out!! Was not worth the money I paid!!!

Cons: We had a four night reservation but decided to leave after one night. There were three of us in the room with two dogs and the room was so small we didn't have room for any luggage. The room smelled like stale cigarettes. We didn't have hot water due to some water line break in the AC unit have a thick layer of dust built up inside. The beds were also very uncomfortable. We chose another nearby pet friendly hotel to move to with much nicer rooms for about the same price. I think I'm done with Red Roof Inns.

Pros: The location was good. Close to highway and shopping center.
Cons: Very run down. Stairs were not well maintained and held puddles of water in rain. I ended up slipping on stairs due to the standing water. Beds were hard and blankets old and rough. Tv only got cable not any local channels. Air conditioning was weak, never felt cold. Fridge never got cold. Never again.

The room smelled of body order and so did the bed, I do think the pillow cases were fresh. It was after 2AM didn't call front desk to complain, I just wanted to sleep.

Cons: Dirty, blood splattered walls, toilet didn't flush all the way. They sent someone to clean it, but they didn't clean anything. We asked for cleaning supplies and cleaned our own room.

Pros: The proximity to the highway was convenient and it's only a short 10 minute drive to downtown.
Cons: When I arrived, the door to my room was left wide open, so there were several flies and mosquitos in the room. The entire room smelled like an ashtray, especially the mattress and blanket. There were even cigarette ashes left on the bathroom counter. The sink drain leaked onto the floor and the toilet ran nonstop. There were holes in the wall throughout the entire room. The only reason I stayed is that everywhere else was booked or going for over $400 a night. I do not recommend.
