Offering a restaurant, a bar and a terrace where guests can dine during summer, Happy Inn Lodge is located in Interlaken’s centre. In winter, a shuttle service to the surrounding ski areas is provided. Free WiFi is available in all areas of the hostel and free private parking is possible. The functionally furnished rooms all have a desk. Some come with a private shower and most rooms at the Happy Inn Lodge feature shared-use bathroom facilities. A kitchen can be used by all guests and the staff organises activities like tandem skydiving, tandem paragliding, rafting and canyoning on request. From October until May, live music evenings take place every Thursday. Car and bicycle rental services are provided on site and guests can make use of a storage room for ski equipment.

Pros: This placed sucked. Room was not standable for a person over 5 feet tall. Door lock did not work. Bathroom was small and uncomfortable to use. Young people were partying and loud till about 4am beds were small and uncomfortable.
Cons: Staying at any other real hotel in Interlaken area.

Pros: We found this hotel to be a great value. The staff was very friendly. The bathrooms are shared, but you have a sink in the room, so it's workable.
Centrally located, a 3-minute drive from Interlaken’s West Train Station, Funny Farm offers great-value accommodation within natural surroundings. It features a summer outdoor pool and a ski school. The bright rooms of the Funny Farm hostel are simply furnished and decorated in different colours. Some include private en-suite bathrooms, others have shared facilities. As part of the Mattenhof Resort – Garden Hotel, guests can enjoy an all-Swiss gaststube experience and enjoy traditional specialities as fondue and rösti. A locally-brewed beer is available at the Club Cavern bar. Funny Farm also provides an array of activities from golfing to horse riding from canoeing to tennis. Wi-Fi is free in public areas and free private parking is available on site.
