Cons: My TV didn't work--I called every day I was there and it was never resolved.

Pros: This hotel is very misleading. I did not like anything.
Cons: They said they have an indoor pool and they don't. You have to go across the street to the Sheraton and you can use theres. They said they have parking. You use a public parking garage located ...
Pros: The hotel looks great on the website - very high-end, ultra modern. It is ideally located near the University of Iowa campus and in the heart of the downtown nightlife. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops are nearby. Parking is conveniently located next door (although the daily rate was a bit of a surprise).
Cons: While the reality is similar to the photos, the hotel is showing some signs of use and a lack of high standards. The front desk experience was fine, but the attendant was seated behind a low desk (rather than the counter) which required the guests to be seated while checking in. The front desk attendant also was responsible for taking room reservations while simultaneously taking care of guests. We waited 10 minutes for a phone call that resulted in a "thanks for the information, but I'll reserve online instead because it's cheaper" - frustrating to listen to every word. Having 2 people on duty would have alleviated this situation.
The furniture has been well used and beginning to show signs of wear, walls have many scrapes and dents, etc. In the bathroom, the water pressure is relatively low yielding more of a "sprinkle" than a "shower". The huge garden tub took nearly 30 minutes to fill.
Overall, it was a fine experience, but we won't be going back. It wasn't worth the price tag.

Cons: There was an unpleasant smell that was intermittent and I asked for Lysol spray. I don't know where it was coming from.
Cons: There's no staff before 9 am or in the evening. The hotel smelled musty. The bed wasn't comfortable.
Pros: Nothing. Had to find another place and move out within 4 hrs. Nothing to like, worst experience ever
Cons: The facility is really bad. They rent the place to anyone, there were people sitting on the stairs. The air conditioner didn't work. The rooms were smelly. Just money greedy. They don't want ...
Pros: The hotel was great for a short trip to Iowa City. Very roomy, comfortable, and quiet. The internet and cable provider was having some issues when we checked in, but it was resolved by the evening. Lots of parking. Great value for the price.
Cons: The hotel location was a little strange, just far enough away from campus and downtown to be a pain to get to via walking or uber. The location almost deterred us from staying, but we were glad in the end that we did.
Pros: The rooms were very clean!
Cons: There was no hand soap at either sink - only a small bar tucked into a towel in the bathroom that wasn't discovered until we used the shower.
Pros: Reasonable rates for large room

Pros: Nice sized room
Cons: Room could have been cleaner. Noticed dry old cake on some furniture

Cons: Fitness room was disappointing. Some equipment broken clearly for a long time. Pool too warm.
Pros: Room was reasonably priced
Cons: Dire need of updating
Pros: Location and a very friendly and courteous staff.
Cons: Alot of deferred maintenance. The sink in our room was backed up so they needed to move us to another room and the first room that we moved from had a courtyard view and second room faced the interstate. Alot of barking dogs too.

Pros: Very comfortable. Nice view.
Cons: Fire alarm going off
Pros: Convenience factor is off the charts. 'Breakfast' is provided which was nice.
