Cons (-) I didn't like how the staff accused my children of doing something they didn't do then kicked them out of the pool because of it.... I believe that j ow the staff acted was racially motivated and I don't think I will be staying there again

Pros (+) I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and atmosphere at Baymont. It is located right near Coral Ridge Mall and close it University of Iowa, right off I80. I was traveling with two children under 3, and it was very convenient to have a mini-fridge in the room, and free breakfast.

Pros (+) The man at the front counter was friendly & our room was very nice with no bed bugs or anything.
Cons (-) Bad location, no parking, the construction made it messy, our neighbors were loud, & bad breakfast.

Cons (-) I purchased a pet friendly room and when I called about 20 miles away to confirm they told me all the pet rooms were taken and I wouldnt be allowed to stay with my dog. Lost $80.
