This needs some work. First, bulbs were out in the outside lights so it was dark collecting things from the car & coming in. Then, the carpet in the elevators was badly stained & dirty. So we’re the hallway carpets. The worse part were the large bags of very smelly trash (4 of them), in the hallway. They were not removed until late the next day. I was told I should have reported it.
