Pros (+) My first encounter was the best impression ever. I believe her name is Mika. She was outstanding and with a warm smile to boot. Very attentive to detail and she was prompt. Excellent job.

Pros (+) The room was great. The bed was super comfortable. Food at the restaurant was delicious and the servers were fun and friendly.
Cons (-) Not too happy that we had to pay for overnight parking- I feel there should have been some sort of compensation for this as a guest. Perhaps free breakfast?
