Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to major attractions like the Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, and Hagia Sophia. The staff and service are frequently described as friendly, welcoming, and helpful, contributing positively to guests' experiences. However, several reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, particularly in rooms and bathrooms, which are often described as small, cramped, or in need of renovation. While some guests found the hotel cozy and well-maintained, others were disappointed by the size and upkeep of the facilities. Overall, the location and service stand out as strengths, but improvements in cleanliness and room size are needed.
