Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and overall cleanliness. Many found the staff helpful, especially in special situations, but service quality was inconsistent and sometimes unfriendly. A major recurring complaint is the limited or unavailable access to the outdoor pool, which disappointed guests who booked specifically for this amenity. Breakfast and room quality received mixed feedback, with some appreciating the variety and others noting issues with value or service. Despite some negative experiences, many guests enjoyed the facilities and would consider returning.
