Pros (+) Overall it was a bad hotel. They are renovating and I'm sure more improvements will come. The staff were really good. Many restaurants are only a few miles away. As well as shopping. For the money you pay the value is good.
Cons (-) The room was small but you are there to sleep. Slight musty smell in the room but it went away after running the air conditioning.

Pros (+) Location was very close to where I needed to be. The room was the smallest I have ever seen. The bed was full size instead of Queen. No closet in the room. It was a shelf in the wall with no hangers on it. Towels were filthy.
Cons (-) Wanted to check in at 2:25 when I arrived in town, but was told there is a $25 early checking fee for anytime before 3pm. Asked for a larger room and said it was an additional fee for changing rooms.

Cons (-) I HAD TO RE CLEAN MY BATHROOM AND THE AIR DID NOT WORK PROPERLY. I did not go to the front desk because for me it was OK. Not a fan of the air. But it was a hot night. The fan served its purpose

Pros (+) Waffle house in walking distance.
Cons (-) I've already reviewed this hotel on my last stay. I'll just repeat that if you want to check in at 2:59pm, be ready to pay $25 early check in fee. Check in is at 3pm, not a second earlier.
