DO NOT BOOK THROUGH TRAVELURO!!! Kayak is asking me to review this hotel even though I notified that I was scammed by TRAVELURO and was not able to stay at this hotel. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful in finding another accommodation for my family to stay in Jasper. Pros (+) Room was spacious and comfortable and enjoyed the hot tub.
Cons (-) Restaurant was under renovation and parking was difficult, parkade is very tight and when full is very difficult to exit, particularly with cars behind you.

Pros (+) Comfortable beds. The faux fireplace in the room was odd (but nice). Underground parking was available. (great to have in the winter)
Cons (-) Pool was in heavy use when we were there (lots of kids - i.e., in town for a hockey tournament.) Suggest perhaps an adult only time from 9pm to 10pm.

Pros (+) Newly renovated, beautiful hotel. Free underground parking. Pool and jacuzzi are small but nice touches. We will stay here again if we return to Jasper!
Cons (-) Location isn’t great. All the big hotels are at the east end of town, beyond a residential neighbourhood. It’s about a 20 minute walk from the hotels to the downtown, which means you need a designated driver, a taxi, or a warm coat in winter. The underground parking isn’t huge and some idiots were double-parked. The hotel wasn’t tracking them down to tell them to move.

Pros (+) The staff was friendly and amazing - due to availability, I received a free upgrade and stayed in a beautiful suite. It absolutely pushed my experience in Jasper to a whole new level.
