Delay, luggage didn’t arrive. Had to go the next day to collect it

KLM is my favourite airline. Never ever let us down.Staff are first class.

It was operated by Delta. Boarding took a long time. How difficult can it be? Overall decent trip. Liked the Salt Lake City airport. Better option than Chicago for transfers.

Put some new and several options for entertainment. Do not be rude to customers and avoid serving them an extra coke or something. We paid 1200 GBP for a return flight.. A noisy, crowded, rude and uncomfortable flight.

Pretty bad. Food was awful. drinks were scarce, as if drinking an extra drink would ruin the airline. attendants were not very helpful. likely Dutch "directedness" (I cannot be bothered). Crammed flight. Entertainment in very minimal dosage. Almost all old movies and series with 1-3 episodes only. Very limited number of options available. Jesus!! it seems you need to bring your own entertainment these days even of flights that are 13 hrs long!! I would and I will avoid in the future!

The flight was again delayed for more then 2 hours with some lousy explanation regarding the reason of the delay. Although the flight was delayed for more than 2 hours, no refreshments were offered (according to EU regulations). Last 4 flights on KLM - always at least 2 hrs late. So be prepared that you cannot plan anything with KLM.

The flight was delayed for 2 hrs. Because they didn’t have a crew to fly. And it is not a first time for klm to do that. Last time they cancelled my filght and rebooked me 3 days later. Not reliable airline

The food was ok. The crew seemed like they were cranky. I had one guy get mad at me for passing in between the storage area to get to the other toilet. I can understand if it's not allowed but reprimanding me like I'm a student saying "This is the last time!" was not appropriate. During my meal time, there was a French family around me. No problems there but when we usually have meals, they are supposed to put their chair in the upright position. These people did not do it and the steward did not tell them to raise their seat in the upright position. However, I was told to do so! So, me and another person next to me had to eat with the monitor almost touching our faces. Furthermore, a lady in front of me was putting her feet up and preventing another elder passenger from putting her seat back. To make it worse, she was continuously hitting her back into her seat, shaking my monitor while I was watching a movie. A crew member did speak to her about it but then she accused me of pushing her seat forward! The crew member gave me a death stare and told me to stop pushing the seat forward. I did not even touch her seat at all, if I did, she would know it. Her boyfriend also stood up and tried to push her seat even further past the maximum decline to no avail. None of these people were reprimanded but the steward, some bald guy, was extremely friendly with them and did not even try to instruct them to do anything until it was time to land. I resisted the urge to really argue with them because I would have obviously been seen as the aggressor (I have no idea why). I hardly said anything on this flight except "more wine please" and "sorry" if I bumped into someone accidentally. Overall, it was an annoying flight and I had to resist the urge to yell at the steward and the people he was overly friendly with. The happiest moment of this flight was leaving it.

I travel frequently. The flight was late again... KLM should really try and be on time

My new suitcase got busted when I arrived at Toronto , two of the wheels are broken and can no longer be used , I am very disappointed over this situation but the flight and service was awesome .

From what I saw there was no entertainment. Similar to my flight to London, I personally would like the attendants to be more interactive during the flight.

Air Transat left my luggage back in Montreal and it took them 5 DAYS to get it to Venice. Luckily I was still in town, or else their option was to send my luggage back to my house in CANADA. What a joke! Oh, and I had to find a way to go get it at the airport in Venice, they needed 72 hours more to get it to where I was staying.

I was pleasantly surprised. I booked the "club class" which was basically like Domestic First Class. The service was superior. Food was pretty good. Seats and cabin were comfortable. For the price I paid, I was very pleased.

Super unproffesional flight . Flight attendants were unproffesional. I could hear them gossiping about theor boyfriends the whole trip

The connecting flight lay over was 4.00 hours, the gate agent booked me on the next flight which was about to depart at no extra cost.

The ticket price was reasonable, food was okay, not the best. I would use the service again.

Actually the flight was on time. New plane, food was okay but not great.

Old plane, hard seats, 1.30 hours delay, while seating on the plane waiting for departure.

Great boarding. Everything was on time. Plane was a bit old and the crew could have provided better drink service.

I think Virgin is one of the best flying experiences, especially from/to the UK. The staff are so helpful and fun, the food is good, seats comfortable, goof entertainment and great value. Check in and boarding is pretty pain free. I also find that the other passengers are generally so kind and considerate than when I've flown other airlines.

Cabin crew on our flight showed lack of any customer service gruff and acting annoyed if you asked anything and I mean anything Example a man on the seat over dropped his beer on my husbands blanket We asked if we could switch out blankets cabin crew Said. No we don’t have any extras OK well can you take the wet one Cabin crew looked disgusted and annoyed Took it no OK or yes just a growl

Quick flight. But cabin crew were very noisy and talking too much, especially when we were seated at the back of the plane trying to sleep through the night .

My ticket was for Premium Economy and all the seats were taken, I was placed in Economy class and I’m looking for a refund.

Unfortunately delayed 2 hrs due to faulty tyre.. which had to be changed, but better safe than sorry.

Hi vergin Atlantic service was good but the flight ticket agent travel up charge me extra 57 pounds as a airport charges, actually I refuse to pay but they say if I not pay £57 then they say you will not be able to travel from Heathrow to goa ,so for me there was no option and it was just 3 day before my departure so i paid, so please look in to the matter. And I have a receipt of £ 57 as well .thanks

Staff didn’t check cabin well for landing seemed more interested in chatting to each other. Food was poor and differed from pre order.

We were in the last group to be called to the flight - which was 30 minutes late taking off. While we were lucky enough to have been given bulkhead seats (due to a medical condition I’d told them about beforehand) the seats weren’t particularly comfortable. A crying baby for the whole trip made things worse, so the crew managed very well with coping. The final thing I’d say was that there wasn’t enough food served during the flight.

Very good. Glad we had Premium for the flight out.

4 hour delay leaving Paris. Didn’t get to board through jetway. All of the passengers had to take busses from the terminal to the aircraft. Once we got to Calgary, we had a very long layover that was shortened significantly by the big delay leaving Paris ( when I originally booked the flights, the layover in Calgary was 3 hours, a month before the trip, WestJet changed the second flight which increased the layover to 8 hours!). The flight from Calgary to Nanaimo (ya, the one that they already bumped back by 5 hours) left over an hour late. So, instead of arriving home in Nanaimo at 2 pm, we arrived at 1am. It totally sucked.

The flight attendants were amazing. But we checked in online and just needed to check our bags. The line was so long that it took over an hour to do this. There was only one person checking people in.

All was good except that the option to purchase wifi for texting throughout the flight didn't work. My partner and I both tried via the app, Chrome and Safari, we tried all payment options. Nothing worked. He was able to get ok blonde with he full coverage option, but it's nice to what we wanted or needed.

The agent denied our cat from boarding just because the carrier has to be slightly shorter to go under the seat. It is a soft sided carrier and WestJet had mentioned that soft sided carriers can be squished to go under the seat. So we had to transport the cat via road to YYC. In Yyc the connection flight terminal supervisor of WestJet was surprised about the edmonton agent decision as she said the size of bag should be 11in indeed so that cat can move freely even if the bag has to be slightly adjusted to go under the seat. Avoid WestJet - they are a dying organization with incompetent staff!!!... No guarantee the flight is maintained since the crew went on strike. Very unsafe and unpredictable business, a cancerous corn in the hands of Canadian business !!

Horrible. I couldn’t add bags or pick seats through the app or website. I called and they told me to wait until checkin. They changed my itinerary to include an overnight layover. Still couldn’t add bags. When it came time to check in, I couldn’t check in or add bags and the error message in the app said “don’t call us, just do it at the airport “. Woke up the day of the flight and they changed the itinerary again to not include any WestJet flights but didn’t give me the new reservation code so it took me a long time to figure out how to check In on the other airline. And I wasted $200 on a hotel in a city I never went to. And our seats in the new flight weren’t together even though I was traveling with my kid and they could have paired her with either adult. Instead they put the 2 adults together and the kid by herself

I understand that delays may be inevitable; however, the airline did absolutely nothing to reassure us during our flight. There were no apologies for the delay and business resumed as usual. A little compassion should have been garnered for our almost 4 hpur delay.

Smooth process, on time. Everything ran perfectly. It would be nice to have in flight entertainment and better food choices but these were short flights so not a big deal

Absolutely brutal. When we checked in we were not even guaranteed a seat. Then had to join the queue on "standby" for a seat. Worst journey out of hundreds I have done and Westjet....never again. No food, no drinks, tight seats, slow boarding and even slower unloading.

Our flight was canceled the morning of and we were given no alternatives, poor communication, and it cost us $2900 more plus five days to get to our destination.

West Jet invited me to check in 24 hrs before the flight, issued me boarding passes, then emailed at 4am saying flight would be delayed by half an hour, then emailed at 8:30am saying check flight status ‘flight could be affected’, then emailed at 10am saying cancelled and not alternate flight option until a day and a half later (and that would include 2 stop overs for a more than 11 hour travel day arriving 2 days after the original ticket). Refund given but not compensation. Had to cancel the entire trip.

Internet wouldn’t work even after I paid for the package. That was my only real complaint, otherwise excellent.

I called to put a stop to this ticket because it was fraudulent. Nobody stopped it. Then they sent me to Mastercard to fight it alone. Thanks (Sarc) to everyone who helped facilitate fraud and would not dare attempt to stop it.

What a bad service not nice staff The luggages was lost (hopefully not stolen) when talked to person at Calgary airport he said Ahhhhh don’t worry it happen all the times I have been told Air Canada is not a good airline now am sure it is very bad

I find it hard to believe that Air Canada still cannot provide non dairy milks for teas and coffees even if they offer vegan food, if preordered. It is about time to stop discriminating against people who live a plant-based diet.

The Air Canada experience wasn’t bad per se. It was the Toronto airport experience that was truly horrific. Terrible crowd, control, poor signage, and power, hungry security people who felt the need to tear open gifts in a hasty and careless fashion, causing damage to my items because they don’t know how to read a damn x-ray. On top of that the attitude was completely disrespectful and callous. I left feeling completely violated.

We were held in customs while someone was checking on all.passengers on flight. We were released with very little time to get to our gate! Very frustrating!

I couldn’t fault my experience in any way. The plane was clean, comfortable, plenty of legroom and the food was great. I will definitely fly air Canada again.

Our flight from Windsor to Toronto had several delays so we had to drive to Toronto in order to catch our flight to London.

Horrible delays and confusion at all Air Canada counters. Flight was delayed well over 6 hours with little to no communication. Was o my offered a $15 food voucher and $200 Air Canada voucher—-neither of which did I need or have desire to use. Will never fly this airline again.

Prepaid for my seat selection over a month in advance only to be told when I arrive at the airport that the plane has changed and no pre-selected seats would be honored and refunds would not be issued immediately. Was forced to separate from my traveling companion Air Canada. Unsurprisingly was no assistance in this whatsoever. Plane. We got switched on to also has no entertainment options available
