Pros (+) We had wonderful customer service at check-in and absolutely the kindest shuttle driver on Saturday morning that drove us to the Galt Hotel for our tour. I didn’t write down the drivers name but he was younger and also did maintenance for the hotel. Overal, room was clean. Beds were a bit uncomfortable. Great location and free shuttle a plus.

Cons (-) There was mold growing on the ceiling. The room next to us had a dog that kept barking. The beds were really small and very uncomfortable, my back still hurts 2 days later.

Pros (+) The rooms were very clean and plenty of space for 3 adults. We really appreciated the shuttle service to the forecastle music festival
