Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, which made it easy to access various attractions in Johannesburg. The staff received positive feedback for being friendly, helpful, and professional, with several guests noting their efforts to resolve issues. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, especially in the rooms. However, many reviews highlighted recurring problems with the elevators, describing them as unreliable or slow. Noise levels, particularly from nearby bars and nightclubs, were also a concern for some guests, impacting sleep quality. Overall, while the hotel excelled in service and location, it faced challenges with maintenance and noise.AI-generated from customer reviews
