Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and the pool area, which was often described as enjoyable and well-maintained. However, there were numerous complaints about the quality and variety of breakfast, with many finding it unsatisfactory. Cleanliness was also an issue for several guests, especially regarding old towels, bathrooms, and general upkeep. Service received mixed feedback, with some staff members being friendly, but others, including management, were found to be unhelpful or even rude. Overall, while the location and pool were highlights, improvements are needed in breakfast, cleanliness, and service.
