Pros (+) Breakfast was good, simple. The staff are very nice.
Cons (-) The room smelled like smoke because they haven't changed anything since not allowing smoking. The floor was very bumpy and hard.

Pros (+) The front desk clerk upon checkin was very friendly
Cons (-) The partying long term underage neighbor that asked me to buy beer for them. The up all night neighbor on theotber side. The smells and possible crime scene remnants left from prior guests.
