Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many finding it convenient for walking to shops, beaches, and restaurants. Some appreciated the amenities, such as pools and well-equipped kitchens. However, cleanliness was a significant concern, with multiple reports of cockroaches, bugs, and dust. Bed comfort was also an issue for several guests, and service received mixed feedback, with some experiencing communication problems or difficulty reaching staff. Overall, while the location and amenities were highlights, improvements in cleanliness and comfort are needed.

Smelled like a wet dog as soon as we entered the room. Small roaches in the kitchen. Told guest services and they moved us to another room, no bad odors in this second room but we found a huge roach in the bathroom. Easy check in with a door code texted to us but the cleanliness was a big problem, they said they contract a third party company to clean. They should go with someone else.

Pros (+) Location Price
Cons (-) Only one bathroom in a unit that could sleep six. Only one car parking permit allowed. No elevator available, had to haul lots of luggage up the steps.

Pros (+) Clean, comfortable suite in a good location. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Excellent Wi-Fi and new TVs. This isn't a 5 star stay, but if you are looking for something clean and comfortable this is your place. We received fresh towels and garbage service daily. Staff was very friendly. Lots of parking available for your vehicle.
Cons (-) An older building, not completed renovated. Our stove looked like it was from the 70s, but everything worked fine. Our unit was located on the second floor which only had access by stairs. These stairs may be troublesome for older travellers. Our A/C was quite noisy so we turned it off at night.
