Pros (+) I stay here almost every time I come to the keys. Once a month at least. Great location on the inlet. Love to watch the boats come by. Walk to everything you need including Starbucks.
Cons (-) I’ve been here before and some of the rooms are renovated. I would have appreciated one of the newer rooms. I am a loyal guest here.

Pros (+) Newly renovated rooms are fantastic. Location on the canal is beautiful. Huge two floor suites. Close to everything you need. Love this hotel.

Pros (+) Huge two floor suite with full kitchen. On the marina waterway. Quite and great location. Needs to be updated but the staff is great and everything you need is a walk away.

Cons (-) Room was extremely dirty. Dirty towels found in baghroom. Crumbs all over the floor. Spilled beer on nite stand. We have stayed here several times. However this time it was extremely dirty. Not going back
