Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's unique historic charm, old-world atmosphere, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Many enjoyed the authentic decor, memorabilia, and sense of stepping back in time. However, the location was a major concern for many, with repeated mentions of feeling unsafe, noise from nearby establishments, and the surrounding area's decline. Cleanliness and maintenance were also noted as areas needing improvement. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was positive for those seeking history and character.
