Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's breakfast, calling it the best they've had at a hotel, with a wide variety of delicious options and high quality. Cleanliness is another highlight, with many noting spotless rooms and bathrooms. Several guests appreciate the spaciousness of the rooms, especially compared to typical Japanese hotels. The service is described as friendly and helpful, and the location is considered convenient by most, though a few mention it's a short walk from the station.
