Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near attractions, restaurants, and the waterfront, making it convenient for sightseeing and dining. Many reviewers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the good value for money. However, opinions on cleanliness are mixed, with some guests finding rooms and bathrooms clean, while others mention issues like ants, cockroaches, or unpleasant smells. Noise from nearby roads and other rooms is a common complaint, and some guests note that the facilities and rooms are dated or in need of renovation. Overall, the hotel is seen as a budget-friendly option with a prime location and pleasant service.
