Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are highly polarized. Many guests strongly criticized the cleanliness, mentioning dirty rooms, mold, unpleasant odors, and poor maintenance throughout the property. Several reviewers also noted that the hotel did not match its advertised photos and was not up to its claimed star rating. On the positive side, the hotel's location near the beach is frequently praised, and some guests appreciated the spaciousness of their rooms. Service and food received mixed feedback, with some guests finding the staff friendly and helpful, while others experienced communication difficulties or unhelpful service. Overall, cleanliness is a major concern, but the beachside location and some large rooms are notable positives.AI-generated from customer reviews
