Cons (-) I booked through Expedia and added a note to the hotel informing them that my son would arrive the day before. The note was read the night before. When my son arrived, he was denied a room. Apparently there was some discussion and the Lodge employee became belligerent and started cursing, threatening to call police, ejected my son, and told him he canceled my reservation. Pros (+) Peaceful and clean.
Cons (-) Would have given better rating but staff needs help with their personalities and attitude. Front desk clerk nodded his head as a “Hi” this morning. Non of the other staff including breakfast worker even gave me a grin. Why are they working in this industry if they cannot be pleasant with guests.
