Facilities lacking
Proximity to the beaches and main boulevard as well as old city was great.
There was a lack of amenities in the apartment. There wasn't any coffee, or dishwashing detergent for the dishwasher. Also the outdoor pool closed at 6 pm. The bar was never opened. You had to go for a drink in the dining area. The staff were very rude.

It was a winter break so the indoor pool, jacuzzi etc were wonderful. Our free upgrade to a one bed apartment was much appreciated. The kitchen was very well equipped. All the staff were friendly and very helpful, providing lots of local information. The beds were also very comfortable.
The sofa was uncomfortable. The noise from the tiled corridors and banging doors was acceptable because the hotel was not full, but in summer this might be more of a problem. The level of lighting was too dim, it was difficult to read after dark.

The restaurant and the staff
The pool and gym are practically in a dungeon and are only accessible by 1 lift, The hotel in general has a very strange layout. The apartments with the city view do not get much sunlight and are consequently cold. It was very quiet in October midterm break

Good location near - town center and beach, good price in the end of season. I received birthday greeting from hotel manager :) - hotel cares about clients.
