Bed was comfortable
Dining hall a block away
Disney transportation from park was unpredictable.
Good location for the price. Would definitely pay more to be a little closer at a better hotel. But if your looking just for a place to sleep at a great price...this is it.
I received a non smoking room that smelled like someone just smoked a carton of cigs right before I walked in.
The rooms are very outdated
Room was very clean and comfortable! Staff were super helpful and attentive.
Location was good
My only dislike was the uncomfortable mattress beds
Happy, but sloppy
Everyone is friendly and happy.
Check in was slow, but friendly. However mistakes were made linking the Magic Passes (bracelets) to pin codes etc, which cost time at the park to remedy. This is a MOTEL-like set, but with a nicer outdoor decorum themed around sports. You're paying for the location, not the room. Beware, the Food is "Disney-priced" (basically double what it should be). In the room, the sink did not drain well and the toilet required double and triple flushes. We expected more for the price paid.
Great location easy access to All Disney parks
The rooms were very clean! Free parking, great cafeteria!
Every thing was great!
I didn’t have high expectations for this resort, but was more than pleasantly surprised. The sport theme is infused in every minor detail. Stayed in the baseball area with view of baseball diamond pool. Room was clean and great value. Would stay again.
Food court was a bit small
A Disney-owned Ibis-like hotel
The location, and the room was surprisingly quiet given the number of children staying at the hotel.
There was a stain on a pillowcase that was not cleaned/replaced, and a hair on top of the "new" towels, which led us to question whether the towels had been replaced or merely refolded. While I understand not using new sheets after each night, I do expect the towels -- especially wet ones left on the floor -- to be replaced. Finding a dark hair on top of a white towel is pretty gross.
Clean, polite staff.
Would like to see an adult only portion of the hotel and more on site dining facilities. Check in and check out seemed to take a long time.
Good value but you get what you pay for
Free transportation and great customer service. Provided with free taxi voucher to get us to our hotel.
Dining area too small to accommodate guests especially during busy times. Wait for hot quick service breakfast was over 20 minutes. That's not quick service.
