The Pool area was nice and view was beautiful.
Pros (+) Room was nice and clean, beds were comfortable and cafe hours were convenient. Concierge was helpful with luggage and friendly.
Cons (-) Pool was dirty, other guests left trash everywhere. It was more of spring break style pool area.
Pros (+) Very comfortable beds
Cons (-) Paying to park sucks. Just add it in the price of the room. Also the parking lot is very far from the hotel making walking out with your bags very challenging
Cons (-) Left some purchases in the room. Apparently they were in a magic bag because they disappeared, but the housekeeper didn’t take them according to hotel security.
Pros (+) Location is great, and bed are confortable, enjoy the lazy river
Cons (-) Bathroom need to be renovate, the door had water damage, cleanliness of the room need improvement, no standard , désappointant for an Hilton. We were suppose to be change of room, no one call, or follow up, poor service....
Pros (+) View of the pool. Room cleaned daily. Refrigerator in the room
Cons (-) No one to help us to the hotel from the parking lot with luggage. Front desk did not explain any features of the hotel, no map, no details in a brochure... we were clueless.
Pros (+) Very clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Loved the location and pool area.
Cons (-) Bathroom needed updated and ceiling fan very outdated
Pros (+) Pool, Lobby, Staff were great. Amenities around the facility were exactly as expected. It was a great location for our trip to Orlando.
Cons (-) Bathrooms were small and not quite the std for Hilton at this price point. No towels at the resort type pool for majority of the stay...that was odd considering a resort. Overall excellenr stay
Cons (-) Prob the worst experience I’ve had anywhere in the world traveling.
