Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly criticized the hotel's cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, unswept floors, unclean bathrooms, and even bedbugs. Service was also a major concern, with reports of understaffing, slow check-ins, lack of housekeeping, and unhelpful management. The breakfast was frequently described as inadequate, with limited options and poor hygiene. While a few guests appreciated the location or found the beds comfortable, the negative experiences with cleanliness, service, and breakfast dominated the reviews.
