Pros:I loved the staff. Everyone is extremely helpful and very friendly. This place is still in business because they make it good and tolerable to stay in an old and not very clean place. It does have a nice pool for everyone! And it’s in a good location. This place has so much potential! It’s in a prime location for extra additions! I wish someone would invest in that place! Also AC works great!
Cons:The walls were so dirty, the beds were old and uncomfortable. The entire hotel is dirty. The carpets are extremely stained, it’s musty and dusty. I know it seems like they are doing their best and maybe there’s no money to renovate and do a deep cleaning but they should really consider investing in that place.

Pros:This Hoetl definitely needs to be renovated. The hallway carpet has stain all over. The cable doesn't work consistently. The ice machines don't work. They only give one face Towle with 2 beds. It's ridiculous

Pros:The view of the mountains from the pool is nice.
Cons:The hotel needs renovation, including serious rug cleaning. It must certainly have seen too many spring breakers; you can practically feel the suntan lotion on the carpet. The hotel is fine in a pinch if you find nothing else for the same price. The breakfast was also quite pitiful, neglected, and unappetizing.

Cons:We got to the hotel around 10pm and the lady at the front desk was rude to start. We get into our room, realizing that the room wasn't what I thought I had booked. I thought I had booked for 2 adults 0 children standard king room. However the room was a standard double room booked for 2 adults 2 children. No big deal, my fault. I go back to the front desk and tell her I must've made a mistake and asked if there was a king room available. Supposedly there was only the deluxe room available for a $15 up charge. I ask the front desk of there was a microwave and she said "I don't know, you will have to check for yourselves, I don't know what is in which rooms" SERIOUSLY????. This was after she rolled her eyes at us for making her do a little bit of thinking. We decided to check the room again to see if it would work for the night. After going back to the room, the tv didn't work, the walls and chairs were stained and there was no microwave as advertised. i go back to the front desk about 10 minutes later and say "I'm sorry to be a pain, but I would like to upgrade to the deluxe king room for the extra $15. Supposedly we were in the room for "too long" and that we were not allowed to upgrade because the cleaning service would have to clean an extra room. Even though all we did was set our bags down and discuss the room situation. The lady at the front desk continued to be rude and roll her eyes at me as if I was asking her to build the Great Wall of china. Needless to say we will never stay at this hotel again unless some serious changes are made and that girl receives an attitude adjustment or is reprimanded.

Pros:Price was good compared to other Motel/Hotels in the area with similar accomodations and breakfast.
Cons:Stayed there 10 years earlier and this place was very nice. It appears nothing was ever done since and this place is dated and pretty worn out. Of the 4 floors with Ice makers only one on the 3rd floor actually was working. Since I stayed at 6 motels in 6 days while in Havasu I found that none of the places offering pools heated them. The Travelodge was very nice but was higher in price then Island Inn. All-in-all, I'd stay here again at $47 per night.

Pros:This hotel is perfect, within walking distance of beaches, park, exercise path, London Bridge and shops! Very friendly staff, great pool & hot tub, breakfast, pet friendly, kid friendly, quiet rooms.
Cons:It was an older property, so not luxurious like modern hotels, but the price more than made up for it!
