Pros (+) The hot water worked.
Cons (-) Half of the light bulbs were burnt out and some of the light fixtures didn't work at all, so everything was very dim . There were lots of dead bugs in the overhead light. The bathroom was dirty, shower curtain was moldy, no hooks or towel bars to hang anything in the bathroom and no room around the sink to set anything down.
