Facility and rooms were dirty. Shower curtain was falling off in BOTH rooms we tried. Tub was dirty in both rooms.

Pros (+) Friendly staff, very clean, comfortable bed, chair with ottoman. Priced fairly.
Cons (-) This is not the best neighborhood. (Think 24 hr title loan shops, shady characters meeting at the main highway crossroads on the south side of Chicago). But the hotel is set back well off the main road, the desk clerk has a view of the parking lot, and it is VERY well lit. This is a great place to sleep, not a resort. Manage your expectations thusly.
