Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and comfortable beds. However, many reviews mentioned issues with service, such as unprofessional staff, slow check-in, and poor housekeeping. Cleanliness was also a concern for several guests, with reports of rooms not being properly cleaned. Amenities like coffee, refrigerator, and pool access did not meet expectations for some, and the overall value for the price was questioned.
