I dropped off car filled with gas in great condition. Spoke to attendant to drop off keys and she said you are good to go. Attendant said she will email final statement and refund the deposit which I never received.

The first electric vehicle I was given was Not charged. The Avis staff quickly exchanged my vehicle, to their credit. However, using an electric vehicle for my travel was awful and delayed my trip, because I was forced to wait for the vehicle(several times) to Charge. Along with the vehicle being dirty and (seemingly) unkempt, I resolve to never use electric vehicles and I'm considering never trusting Avis for my rental needs again. Thank you.

It was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful, the car exceeded my expectations, and the pick-up/drop-off was a breeze. Maybe the only thing that could be improved a little is the drop off instructions: not knowing Las Vegas well, it was a bit difficult to find the correct road and parking garage to return the car.

Unknown that Ace was considered an “offsite” rental. Shuttle service was convenient but it was a two shuttle service from the hotel we stayed at. Long wait to pickup, lots of people at desks just a detriment to customers to your success. Check out agent very professional and helpful. Car checkout and checkin staff were cheerful and pleasant.

Booked on line received an email in bold print “your car rental is secured “ ,travelled to opposite end of Vegas strip to be told there were no cars available The desk agent told us when they get busy he could have 15-20 more customers who booked on line and where confirmed show up and find no car available . The pickup was horrendous! After reserving a vehicle and paying for it ahead of time, then checking in online to “skip the line”, we arrived and were told along with at least 30-40 other people that there were NO cars of any kind available and wouldn’t be for at least 2-3 hours.

The pick up is awful! Could not find the place to pick up and no one knew where to find Hertz in the Hotel. There was only one sign and then there was only one guy working and they just hand you keys and tell you where to go find the car. My car had trash in it and was obviously interior not wiped down , black smudges all over from previous user.

The car I booked was not available and NO cars available. I was told nothing could be done. Had to book another from a different location paying more for it and the cost of taxi to get to the new rental location. Totally unethical . Wasted my time and money. Have raised a compliant and will demand answers to why this could happen so others don’t have to face the same. For the record this was Hertz at the downtown Las Vegas location.

Absolutely terrible experience and will never use Turo. Apparently the car we had arranged months before was smashed two weeks before we we due to pick it up. Trouble is, no one told us until we were on the Eurostar on the way to get it. They had had our money for ages. Seems like the owner, Luke, was trying to get Turo to make up the difference and hire us his more expensive alternative (a Porsche, which I wouldn’t want anyway). Turo “help” line was totally unhelpful. Couldn’t end the deal; couldn’t refund without us getting on to another department (hard on a foreign phone). They can’t call you…. So it was impossible to organise an alternative. If there is a problem with a car hire company, they just replace it. Turo was more expensive and unable to fix a problem. Never again.
