Pros (+) Although I got the cold shoulder from one of the employees, the older gent working in the mornings was very friendly. The location near the main plaza of Latacunga is probably the best part about this place.
Cons (-) They have some sewage issues, at least on the 3rd floor where I stayed. My room smelled atrocious! Also, the walls are not very sound-proof, so you will definitely hear your neighbor's TV!
