Cons (-) Quoted a lower rate for single occupancy, but was charged for double occupancy and despite speaking with a manager, issue was still not resolved. He claimed he would and get back to me, and never did. Very unprofessional front desk staff plus bad management makes this rather nice hotel undesirable. Will not return.
