Pros (+) Love the location and the cleanliness of the rooms, staff was very nice. Old, dated building but very clean!
Cons (-) Rooms need better air circulation. No a/c which is okay, but the room desperately needs a fan! Breakfast leaves a touch more to be desired.

Cons (-) Desk chair arm was broken. Not enough coffee in room only one pack. No room chair other than office chair. Breakfast room way too small

Pros (+) Overall a good experience. Rooms aren't too fancy, but they are clean. Leadville doesn't have a lot to offer as far as Hotels go.
