Bette, May 2018
Pros (+) I liked the bed & pillows- quite comfy. The breakfast was ok. I wish there had been a few more options of food. Maybe some oatmeal or yogurt.
Cons (-) It was falsely advertised. When I booked, I picked the room with a queen bed & jacuzzi tub. There was no jacuzzi tub & when I called about it, the staff offered no solution. The mirrored closet door was faulty, it almost fell on me when I opened it. It was quite scary & very heavy too. At least the door was repaired quickly. The strangest thing was the bugs in the bathroom. There were lots of roly...

Pros (+) Front desk at check in made sure to double check with me about a small booking error on my part where I had selected a Smoking Room but didn’t want one. Great customer service.
Cons (-) Little noisy from folks walking around at night, but really not bad

They had good prices on items in their little store. Most hotels gouge on that stuff but I was surprised a ...
Cons (-) The first room I had was in the front part of the hotel and the street noise was a little annoying so I moved to the back part after one night and it was better. The next room I stayed in I would get a little faint noise of like an alarm clock going off in the next room all night. I had to use ear plugs because once I heard it, I couldn’t not hear it. They also had a slight insect problem in that ...
