Wallpaper was peeling off the walls in bathroom and in rooms. My sink was clogged, but was fixed the next day. Overall bathroom was outdated too. However, the lobby, pool, and hallways were all updated and very nice.

Dirty rooms, overpriced, states 4 stars online but actually it's a 3-star hotel with quality of 1.5 stars. Needs renovations. Accommodating managers were able to give us another room, but the new room was just slightly better (had no strong urine smell like the first room, that's all). Pros (+) Staff was professional and helpful. Only positive aspect of stay.
Cons (-) Room was below average. Bathroom had loose, torn wallpaper, towel rack fell off. Heat did not regulate well. Either very hot or cold. Very noisy guests all night long. Will avoid Doubletree in future.
