Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's central location, which is repeatedly described as convenient and ideal for exploring the city. Many reviewers also highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, cleanliness is a significant concern, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, bathrooms, and linens. Some mention issues with room maintenance, such as malfunctioning air conditioning, old towels, and spotty WiFi.
