Pros: Lovely restaurant overlooking lake good food very friendly staff
Cons: Pillows bit lumpy
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Before visiting, my e-mailed questions were replied to well. Buffet breakfast had a good variety to choose that even my vegetarian husband was well catered for. We ate in the restaurant on 2 evenings (one was pre-booked as we were arriving late on Saturday) and the food was good, the convenience was obviously good too. We decided to try other restaurants in the old village on our other 2 nights, but would certainly recommend the hotel food as tasty & good value. Our 2 friends have talked about joining us again for a ski trip in the future and we all agreed that we would use this hotel again. Wonderful staff.
Cons: Some of the bathrooms were a lot smaller than others. The 3-bed bedroom was smaller than our friends cheaper twin room, which had a much more spacious bedroom and bathroom.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic staff, friendly and helpful. Fantastic location and great views
Cons: Like with most mountain properties/chalets you can hear everything from the other bedrooms and bathrooms.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, good restaurant, bar in basement
Cons: Nothing

Cons: Our room was on the last floor, ceiling was a little low and the room a bit small but perfect set up

7.5 Good
Pros: Good location and comfortable enough for the price our room was north facing but the foyer was splendid .some staff were quick to apologise, empathised with my concerns and replaced a defective saucepan immediately.
Cons: Terrible problems in communication about our booking . They made a mistake stating that we were only staying one night when we had booked 2 nights through you and never replied to at least 4 telephone messages and emails to sort this out The run up to our holiday was ruined and when challenged they claimed to have no knowledge of our queries . It left a bad taste as I felt I lost my trust in them and that they did not care how upset I had been . Someone had left an old cleaning sponge in the plate cupboard and one of the serving dishes was dirty from a slow leak in the kitchen waste pipe This did not provoke any apologies. Yet we were expected to leave the place spotless ( which we did)
7.0 Good
Pros: Location and view
Cons: One of the receptionists very unpolite by the telephone before arrival. Once there, almost no toilet paper left and we had to beg for a new one!!!! No products provided to leave kitchen clean, although we are required to leave it all clean.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location okay.
Cons: WAY overpriced for such a low quality place! You have to make the beds, strip them, take the sheets and towels to another floor, and take out the garbage 2 blocks away, which is fine for a low price but not for what they charge. Uncomfortable pullout couch for us and supercramped bunk beds for my teenage kids - - they could barely squeeze in. No 24 hour reception. Sauna must be booked in advance and only accommodates about 8 people per day. Room is inspected before you leave or they charge 50 eur on your card. We will not return.
7.9 Good
Pros: Ski equipment can be rented on the spot. Overall comfortable but a little basic equipped especially the kitchen. ( no cleaning supplies , old hob..)
5.0 Okay
Pros: Very friendly staff, easy access to the slopes - walking distance. Shops and amenities within walking distance. Apartment had a wonderful view and most equipment for a family of 5
Cons: reception has short opening hours so there is no one around when there is a problem out of hours. Very long queues to check in. Spa area and stair wells not particularly clean. NO HOT WATER !! we were only able to have 2/3 showers a day and when you come in from the slopes and want to soak in a hot bath or have a hot shower it was impossible...
