Guests consistently praise the hotel for its exceptionally friendly and attentive service, delicious food at the restaurant, and beautiful location with stunning mountain views. The breakfast is frequently described as excellent and varied, and the overall atmosphere is cozy, charming, and welcoming. Many guests appreciate the attention to detail, cleanliness, and the family-run feel of the establishment. Minor drawbacks mentioned include occasional noise from the bar or elevator and limited parking, but these do not detract from the overwhelmingly positive experience reported by most visitors.
