Cons (-) There was no hot breakfast because “they couldn’t find anyone to work it.” Our room wasn’t cleaned because “they weren’t cleaning the rooms regularly due to Covid-19.” If the charges I paid were to help cover these costs, perhaps the rate should have been adjusted downward to reflect the lack of service.
