Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access Lincoln's attractions, shops, and restaurants. Many found the staff to be friendly, welcoming, and helpful, contributing positively to their stay. Several reviews highlighted the spaciousness and comfort of the rooms, especially considering the value for the price. However, noise from the street and nightlife was a common complaint, as was inconsistent cleanliness in some rooms and bathrooms. While the hotel is not luxurious, it offers a budget-friendly, convenient base for exploring the city, with character and helpful staff standing out as key positives.
