The king-size bed was comfy and the location which is close to the Metro and shopping mall are plus points.
The receptionist at the front desk was not friendly and didn't smile when we checked-in. It didn't make us feel too welcomed, unlike other Holiday Inn Hotels which we have been too. Also, it would have been nice if there was an indoor pool or jacuzzi.

Overview
Holiday Inn Lisbon – Continental is a family-friendly property where kids who are 17 and under can stay free when they share a room with their parents. Up to four kids age 12 and below can dine free no matter the time of day in any on-site restaurant at Holiday Inn. The property offers 220 rooms, and extra beds are available for an added charge per day. Cribs are available at no charge. Guests cannot bring their pets with them to the hotel.
