Pros (+) I liked that it was quiet there, not a lot of other patrons.
Cons (-) Whenever I spoke to staff about an issue they would always want to know my room number. Once they looked me up they would say..."Oh, you reservation is made through Expedia....No that service is not available". This happened on 3 different occasions. Patrons are treated differently depending on how they book their stay. The staff didn't even try to hide that the reason my requests were being denie...
